Starting in 1993 under the name of “BK Consult” as a free-lancing initiative, transferred in 2019 into the BK Consult GbR (civil law society) nowadays organized as a Limited the BK Consult GmbH can look back on around about 20 years of expertise in transnational projects having participated in the design and implementation of a total project value that exceeds the budget of 4 billion Euros, operating in multicultural environments. Having managed more than 162 projects during the last 3 decades, stakeholders of BK Consult GmbH offer extensive Project Management experience.

Within this context BK Consult GmbH has designed a standardized outcome and result-driven project management methodology that accompanies each project from the design phase to the implementation and the end of the Project’s cycle with a robust management structure, continuous monitoring activities, and a delivery control mechanism.

ARSIS – Association for the Social Support of Youth is a Non Governmental Organization, ARSIS – Association for the Social Support of Youth is a Non Governmental Organization, specializing in the social support of youth that are in difficulty or danger and in the advocacy of their rights.

The main target is the prevention of youth marginalisation, the elaboration of policies which defend youth rights and the active social support towards disadvantaged young people.

ARSIS was established in 1992 and since then it operates in Athens, Thessaloniki, Volos, Alexandroupoli and Kozani due to the active participation of members, volunteers and young people.

The vision of ARSIS is a society with equal opportunities for all young people and respect for their rights, as stated in Greek and international legislation, especially the UN International Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The mission of ARSIS is to undertake actions to prevent the social exclusion of young people. In this context, it develops methodologies and tools to support young people, organises and participates in networks, cooperates with public services and non-governmental organisations and formulates proposals in the field of social policy for children and young people.
