The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) took place on September 7th and 8th, 2023, in
the charming Valletta Design Cluster, a beautifully repurposed space in the heart of Valletta,
Malta. The event started with a warm welcome from Antoine Gambin of VisMedNet Association,
who introduced us to the venue and the agenda.
Our discussions, led by Bernd Kruczek from BK Consult GmbH, were informative and inspiring.
We delved into project updates, financial details, and quality assurance, which are crucial for our
project's success. A standout moment was VisMedNet's commitment to complete and translate
Modules 2 and 5 by September 20th, a testament to our collective dedication. We also touched
on the exciting development phase of Project Result 3, which includes a new application and its
upcoming testing, a promising step forward for our project.
Our coffee breaks and lunch provided great opportunities to catch up and share ideas informally.
On the second day, we enjoyed a special visit to a local site in Malta, coinciding with the
country's Victory Day celebrations. This cultural experience added a festive touch to our
meeting.
As we wrapped up the meeting, we not only evaluated our progress and captured feedback
through an online survey but also celebrated the positive atmosphere that was a hallmark of our
time together. The meeting was productive and a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our
connections and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Malta, a testament to our shared camaraderie
and commitment to our project.
